At MySoul, we want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Exchange
- We currently offer exchanges only, not returns.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Undamaged and in resaleble condition
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the desired size/item is out of stock, we will provide:
- A credit note of the same value, OR
- The option to wait until the item is restocked.
- Please note: We do not offer exchanges for size or fitting issues. Kindly check our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Shipping & Charges
- Standard delivery takes approximately 7–10 days.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to exchange pickups and re-delivery.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping charges for the exchange.
Refunds

- Only exchanges or credit notes (where applicable) are available.
