At MySoul, we want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • We currently offer exchanges only, not returns.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
    • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
    • Undamaged and in resaleble condition

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired size/item is out of stock, we will provide:
    • A credit note of the same value, OR
    • The option to wait until the item is restocked.
  • Please note: We do not offer exchanges for size or fitting issues. Kindly check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Shipping & Charges

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 7–10 days.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to exchange pickups and re-delivery.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping charges for the exchange.

Refunds

  • We currently do not offer refunds.
  • Only exchanges or credit notes (where applicable) are available.
